No part should be altered, modified or dismantled in any way without prior permission from EASY CAR PARTS LTD. Failure to comply with these will invalidate your warranty.

Installations must be carried out by a certified/reputable technician as improper installation will void this warranty.

30 days warranty covers the replacement/refund of the part only and does NOT cover Labour Costs.

We do not accept responsibilities for damage to the said part or any vehicle to which it is fitted or to any impaired performance caused by improper fitment or subsequent damage caused by lack of maintenance or for the loss of use of a vehicle whilst the part is being returned / exchanged. We do not assume responsibility for towing charges, lay-up time, losses due to down time vehicle rental, inconvenience.

Shipping

All the orders placed before 1.00 PM will be despatched on the same day unless for larger and heavier parts such as Engines, Gearboxes, Sub Frames, Axels, Some Drivetrain components, Doors, Bumpers, Bonnets, Wings etc.

Delivery times vary according to the size, weight and the area, in some cases, a surcharge applicable to Scotland, Wales, Ireland, offshore Islands and to some rural parts of the country.

Returns

Easy Car Parts Ltd offers standard 30 days return policy for all the parts we supply. For returns based on buyer changing their mind or items not fitting, faulty or damaged in transit depending on the circumstances the return postage cost to be born from the seller or the buyer.

All our parts come with markings and tampered stickers, attempting to remove or erase will invalidate your warranty.

Damaged Components must be notified within 48 hours to process a claim with courier.

Refunds are only made upon the RETURN of the goods to EASY CAR PARTS LTD.

Please make sure you pack the item safely and securely, and ensure a copy of the original invoice attached.
